Converts a DataRow to Dictionary.

Usage

When we need to iterate through a DataTable rows and add them to an Orchestrator Queue we can convert each DataRow to Dicionary and then, pass it to .ItemInformationCollection property of the UiPath's AddQueueItem activity.
